it is always plus/minus 1 hour 6 minus 1 = 5 5 plus 1 = 6 6 minus 1 = 5 and so on so right now the downtime for you is 5am, some time in spring it will switch back to 6am, next fall it will switch back to 5am, and so on I'm up for sale

it happened to me once that i wasn't able to log into a system that was relatively empty (10ish people) but the problem was resolved after i filed a stuck character petition and my char was moved - they answer those usually within 30 minutes time ...
